                               RESOLUTION NO. 19044
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH LEONARD, KINSEY
                   AND ASSOCIATES WHEREIN LEONARD, KINSEY AND
                   ASSOCIATES SHALL AGREE TO REIMBURSE THE CITY
                   OF CHATTANOOGA FOR ALL ESTIMATED COSTS OF
                   FORCE ACCOUNT WORK, ENGINEERING AND
                   INSPECTION COSTS OF CSX TRANSPORTATION, INC.
                   IN THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF EIGHTY-FIVE
                   THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE AND NO/100
                   DOLLARS ($85,535.00) RELATIVE TO THE
                   INSTALLATION OF AUTOMATICALLY CONTROLLED
                   FLASHING LIGHT SIGNALS AND GATES AT THE
                   JULIAN ROAD CROSSING NEAR THE ENTRANCE TO
                   COUNCIL FIRE SUBDIVISION.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute an Agreement with Leonard, Kinsey and Associates in
       which Leonard, Kinsey and Associates agrees to provide
       reimbursement to the City of Chattanooga for all estimated costs
       of force account work, engineering and inspection costs to be
       performed by CSX Transportation, Inc. pursuant to its contract
       with the City of Chattanooga in the estimated amount of
       $85,535.00.
